With offices throughout the UK, they provide teachers and support staff to schools nationwide and offer temporary and permanent placements across the spectrum. They are expanding and are looking to recruit an experienced recruitment consultant to join the already busy team. You will be given a warm desk to service and a database of clients to work with and will be given the autonomy to develop and grow the desk. The role will be varied and will involve: • Interviewing, assessing and ensuring candidates are compliant. • Sales and business development to schools and education establishments. • Maintaining long-term, lasting relationships with all business parties. • Visiting schools and assessing requirements. • Ensuring a high standard of service is always delivered.
