Our client is a renowned expert within their markets, working will global leading businesses to provide them with professionals across the environmental sector. Our client is an executive search agency, headhunting higher level candidates (those in managerial and director positions) for leading brands located across the US. Daily duties: Researching and sourcing candidates according to a highly detailed specification from your clients using a variety of methods and tools Conduct introductory calls with candidates to establish a relationships and gauge suitability Network with senior executives professionally and expertly Conduct market research to stay up to date with market trends Maintain database publish sales proposals Are you our ideal candidate? Educated to degree level at 2:1 or above from a Redbrick University Minimum 1 year’s sales experience Highly articulate with exceptional written and verbal communication skills A passion for sustainable development and environmental protection Additional language is beneficial but not essential Highly self-motivated: previous experience meeting deadlines and exceeding targets Confident in maintaining long lasting professional relationships What are the Benefits on offer?
