They're looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join their finance team. As Business Development Manager, you will work alongside the current team in London, to construct a sales function, and enable the business to grow to a £6m revenue within a period of 3 years. Ownership and leadership of the following are key to success within the Business and Development Manager role: Business Development Manager has a proud sales professional attitude. Delivery of strong sales volumes. The Business Development Manager is a 'hunter-gatherer', involving the ability to find, engage and partner with prospects and align with their requirements in relation to the client's products and services. The Business Development Manager takes initiative in their role and ownership of their work. MUST have experience of managing a prospect from conception to termination. MUST be able to forecast and pipeline-manage productively.
