Overview

Our client operates in Europe’s largest network of Giant Posters, sited in over 300 locations with banners and digital screens of dominating scale set in busy urban environments. They are dedicated to bringing the most impactful out-of-home advertising solutions to the market The development executive assists the development team in identifying and acquire new locations to create impactful advertising locations to be sold onto the client base. Relations: External Landlords Contractors Local Authorities & Government bodies Corporate Landlords & Private Landlords Internal Development Director Development Team & Operations Team Sales & Marketing Team Finance Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain site locations across London – will need to be out of the office site touring location at least twice a week Gather competitor information and collate for the team Monitor building listings / planning applications Work closely with sales to deliver sites in the desired locations that can sustain and grow the business. Project manage own locations from the very start to finish. Ensuring agreements are correctly written / formatted and the terms are as the company require Keep company systems up to date at all times Prepare planning documents in order to brief consultants when applying for consent. Key Requirements: Strong communication (written and verbal) Ability to work individually and in a team (Self motivating) Attention to detail Relationship building skills Organisational skills & the ability to prioritise (Time management) Negotiation skills MS Office skills Fluent in written and spoken English Valid driving licence (not a key requirement)
