Estate Agent Auction Property Buyer - NW4 - up to £25k basic plus commission This is truly an amazing opportunity for an Estate Agent to get involved in something a bit different My client is a leading property buyer with their Head Office in London. A long established company they purchase properties at auction and resell at profit. This exciting role involves attending Property Auctions and assessing properties to purchase which can be bought at below market value to then get back onto the market for sale at a profit. You will be visiting local auctions and will also be carrying out telephone bids nationally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property preferably with previous experience in a sourcing role. You will need to have excellent communication skills, negotiation skills and be a strong deal closer. My client is specifically looking for a really energetic, vibrant, upbeat and dynamic person You will need to be self motivated, hungry to earn lots of money - This role is not only about property experience but a big personality is also required Essential skills : • Current Residential Estate Agency Experience • Driven and Motivated • Good knowledge of the property market and estate agency • Strong sales skills with excellent phone manner and communication skills If you are an experienced Estate Agent looking for something different please apply Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
