1st year earnings total £35k-£45k | 2nd year total £65k-£80k | 3rd year £95k Top London Recruitment companies are looking for graduates / people with strong sales experience to begin a career in Recruitment in Jan 2020. The salary is a combination of a BASE UNCAPPED COMMISSION. When you begin, your BASE salary will be between £22k-£26k (depending interview performance and company suitability) but as you progress your BASE will increase. In your first year; if you are on target the UNCAPPED COMMISSION will earn you an extra £20,000 - if you are above target you will earn more. Second year in Recruitment it will earn you an extra £50,000 . What you will be doing Approaching top businesses in your market Meeting with clients Writing adverts Dealing with high calibre professional candidates Placing people into new jobs within your specialist sector FULL TRAINING PROGRAMME PROVIDED - These Recruitment companies don't expect you to be AMAZING at the beginning.
