Field Sales Executive Job in Bournemouth Dovetail Recruitment are pleased to be working with a growing company in the Dorest area in looking for a determined and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join their sales team. The successful candidate will have experience in Field Sales or in B2B telephone sales environment looking to move into Field Sales. We are recruiting for an ambitious Field Sales Executive, with a proven track record in securing new business and providing an exceptional level of customer service. The successful candidate will be ambitious, driven and able to consistently hit targets and deliver results. This role will be covering Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire and West Sussex. Duties and Responsibilities: Traveling across your assigned area to build relationships with new clients and obtaining new business Understanding client needs in order to sustain the new business Managing your own diary and scheduling appointments to meet with prospective clients Working consistently, and meeting and exceeding KPIs Creating and developing an excellent rapport with clients Effectively turn leads into new business Knowledge and Experience: Previous experience as a Field Sales Executive or B2B Telephone Sales Excellent communication skills Able to work independently and manage own diary Previous experience with CRM systems ideally Salesforce Strong IT skills Highly Numerate Must have Full UK Driving License Salary and Benefits: Salary £30,000 DOE Uncapped Commission (OTE £50,000) Car allowance 20 days holiday bank holidays Monday to Friday, No weekends.
