Location: Central London Salary : £25,000 Uncapped Commission (On Target Earnings average at around £42k in year 1) - Basic salary increases to £30k after year 1, propelling your second-year earnings massively to around the £60-70k mark when commission is accounted for. Backed by a multi-national software firm, they have gone on to grow rapidly within the US market and have recently expanded into the UK. This company provides an end to end platform for financial services clients, which encompasses digital, technological and consultative solutions. They engineer, design and operate a bespoke technological solution for a variety of clients to enable the streamlining of specific financial processes, maximisation of efficiency and reduction of risk and cost. They are currently looking for intelligent, driven and articulate recent graduates from a top university in the UK to join their dynamic sales team. Your role will be varied, with no two days the same. If you’re looking for a challenge, here’s where you will find it. No prior experience is required, although any relevant sales experience is definitely a plus Furthermore, an interest in the field will be hugely beneficial. The Package: The role is packed with incentives to reward you for your efforts and ensure you excel in your career. These include: Huge earning potential: Very realistic earnings of £40,000-£55,000 in your first year and £60,000-£100,000 in your second. Your earning will continue to increase in-line with performance Fantastic commission structure to ensure you are rewarded for your efforts. Current top performers are billing 20-40k a month. Taking home 10-15k commission. However, there are a few things my client can’t teach, so we’re looking for people who already possess the following: Educated to a degree level or equivalent (Ideally a 2.1 from a top-rated UK University) Impeccable spoken English Exceptional communication skills - Verbal & written Determination and grit - Someone who doesn’t just give up after the first failure Keen involvement in extra curriculars (Whether its sports, music, dance or art - We want diversity and passion in our office) Strong work ethic - This isn’t your standard 9-5 so for maximum reward we require maximum effort Social intelligence - Your role will vary massively in terms of the type of candidate/client you are in contact with at one given time, self-awareness and an approachable manor is huge Responsibilities: What you can expect day to day: Exceeding monthly quotas and KPIs Committed to building a client base in Europe. Ability to grow existing client accounts. Building strong relationships/partnerships with customers. Interacting with a variety of end users/data managers. Negotiating user/firm-wide contracts and agreements. The ability to travel will be required. (First year - on average 6 trips worldwide) You will be trained on client prospecting, client management, closing, negotiating and various other aspects of a sales role through a structured and tested training programme delivered over the initial onboarding stage. Continuous internal and external training will be provided throughout your tenure at the business. Although this is a very niche industry, we have on-boarded successful people from various degree subjects including Economics, Law, Science and many more. We don’t expect you to have any prior knowledge about this specific sector, my client can provide the best platform and training for you to become an expert.
