Our client is a well-respected Insurance Brokers in the Worcester region who are currently seeking a Commercial Renewal Executives to develop new business across the Commercial/Property Insurance sector. Responsibilities To achieve new business targets, through both inbound and outbound calls, in line with sales team strategy Provide customers and potential customers with appropriate quotations and use best endeavours to convert such quotations into live policies Develop strong, beneficial relationships with Insurer partners Meet and exceed any contractual performance targets set by our lead generating trading partners Comply with the rules & requirements of FCA & DPA Skills Sound questioning and diagnostic skills in order to fully understand client needs Strong interpersonal skills Good influencing & negotiation skills coupled with a good understanding of the sales process Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets set What next?
