Overview

Role: Sales Negotiator Location: Nottingham Salary: £16,000 to £18,000 basic with OTE of £23,000 Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays Our client, an Estate Agency based in Nottingham, is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their existing team. Key Responsibilities: Answering the telephone to set company standards and dealing with enquiries in a professional and friendly manner Meeting with clients visiting the office Responding to enquiries via e-mail Registering applicants and identifying opportunities for valuations, financial and legal services leads, viewings and customer reviews Management of outstanding viewings in terms of viewing follow-up/feedback and confirmation Applicant registration follow up Booking of valuations and viewings All general administration duties, telephone answering, managing incoming and outgoing email enquiries, the ordering of particulars for mail-outs, photocopying etc. Skills required for the role: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service skills A professional/positive attitude to all dealings with clients Good negotiation skills Good business awareness Tact and diplomacy Self-motivation Good problem-solving skills Flexibility The ability to cope well under pressure Good literacy, numeracy, and IT skills Full clean UK driving licence This vacancy is being managed by Luke Bodington at Spear Recruitment Ltd Spear Recruitment Ltd is an Employment Agency acting as such under the Employment Act 2008 and Employment Agencies Act 1973.
