Our client is one of the leading, most successful Housing Associations in the South East and they are looking for a competent, flexible Shared Ownership Sales Consultant to work and sell across multiple schemes in Kent. This is an exciting and diverse role where our client is looking for 3-6 months cover. You must be available immediately As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for the entire sales process- from qualifying applicants, the reservation process, co-ordinating the sales progression through to completion and key handover. In order to be considered for the role you must have New Homes Sales experience and a understanding of Shared Ownership. The Responsibilities of a New Homes Sales Consultant: Meeting and greeting customers Assisting the sales team and generating leads Taking telephone enquiries Maintaining the marketing suite to a high standard Updating the database when required The ideal New Homes Sales Consultant should: Have New Homes and Shared Ownership experience Be well-presented and passionate about delivering excellent customer service Flexible to working Weekends Be willing to work well as part of a team Be self-motivated and be able to take direction from senior members of staff
