Overview
We are really excited to be recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to work within an award winning property specialist in Nottingham on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent . The offices are modern and vibrant with a supportive team and a strong presence in Nottingham. The duties will include; Answering the phone and deal with enquiries Arrange valuations Arrange viewings Give vendor feedback from viewings Take offers and negotiate increase of offer (depending on experience and ability) Hours of work 08:30-17:30 Mon - Fri and 1 in 3 Saturdays 09:00-16:00 The hourly pay rate is between £9-£9.50 with the potential for you to be taken on permanent with a salary from £18k plus (dependant upon experience) plus an achievable bonus scheme, giving the potential to increase your salary once you are permanent We are looking for someone that is a team player, organised and has a can do attitude . This role would suit someone that has some experience in customer service and has good communication skills but is keen to progress in their career. Immediate interviews available
