Account Manager - Newcastle Under Lyme Salary : £23,000 OTE: £50,000 Hours : Monday - Friday - Office Hours We are currently recruiting for a nationally successful organisation with some of the biggest clients who are everyday household names. As the business continues to grow, we are looking for experienced, business minded individuals who can help grow and support the business. If you are a dedicated Account Manager with a 100% focus on managing a customer base/portfolio, you will have a keen eye for the finer details, the personal touch and ownership to provide customer satisfactionthen this is the role for you. As an Account Manager you will : Have excellent communication skills Manage an already existing and spending customer portfolio Have impeccable rapport building skills Have proven experience within Account Management Enjoy speaking to customers, with a high level of professionalism Have a willingness to learn and focus on achieving Be target driven with an eye for an opportunity The Role : To achieve revenue targets by identifying and fulfilling customers areas of need for the services we provide Be responsible for a pre-determined portfolio of clients Act as the primary point of contact for the client Proactively provide innovative solutions to client’s needs. Provide a high level of customer service & excellent communication in line with business requirements Directly influence the growth of the Business through the delivery of work Arrange and carry out all work to meet with agreed Company & client timescales.
