Senior Sales Negotiator - Cheltenham - up to £25k basic plus commission This is a superb opportunity to join a very successful and Award Winning Estate Agency brand based in Cheltenham. They have built a business based on delivering exceptionally high end service coupled with a first class customer experience. Due to continued growth in the business, they are now looking for a polished and experienced Estate Agent who has experience in their market and ideally within the Cheltenham area. As an Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator you will be focused on delivering an exceptional service whilst being committed to growing market share. The ideal candidate will be passionate about property and delivering the very best customer experience. Senior Sales Negotiator Duties : ·Registering applicants and booking viewings ·Carry out Viewings and negotiate offers ·Progressing Sales through to completion ·Confident and experienced in carrying out Valuations and measure ups ·Ensure all office systems/service standards are adhered to Senior Sales Negotiator Essential Skills: ·Estate Agency Experience ·Valuation experience ·Excellent communication skills ·A team player with excellent organisational skills ·You must have a full UK driving licence and car ·Extremely Well presented and well spoken You must have Estate Agency experience to apply for this position
