NEW STAFF REQUIRED DUE TO EXPANSION LOCATION: DARWEN Estate Agency is hard work & amazing. Duckworths Estate Agents are now in the market for amazing hard-working people. We are one of the UK's longest established Estate Agency’s having been founded in 1877 we now require a new EXCEPTIONAL INDIVIDUAL to join our team, maintain our excellent reputation & develop within our business. On offer is a basic salary of £25,000 (negotiable depending on experience) and an OTE commission package of over £40,000. We require a highly motivated individual to join our company as a BRANCH MANAGER. The successful candidate MUST have a proven track record within the Estate Agency sector, preferably within a SENIOR ROLE. You will be responsible for; · Conducting the staff breakfast meetings & motivating your team for the day ahead · Maintaining 100% office KPIs · Negotiate on your own offers & instructions · Cross sell & refer our clients to our mortgage & solicitors departments · Conduct staff reviews · Carry out valuations in an attempt to win new instructions You will conduct an intensive 28 day training programme where one of the Directors will cover every aspect of OUR business & sharpen your sales skills so that you are fully equipped to succeed within the job. You will be based at our Darwen Branch, your working hours will be 8:30am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday. You will be expected to work two Saturdays per month on a rota basis. The old saying 'you get out what you put in' could never be more true at Duckworths as both of our sales & lettings directors started their estate agency careers as sales negotiators and have progressed through the ranks to run each of our sales & lettings businesses.
