APPOINTMENT SETTER REQUIRED Immediate Start Temp to perm contract £8.50 per hour plus bonus About the company: Our client manufactures, designs and install high-end conservatory blinds and shutters. We are looking for an experience outbound sales agent to provide support to the sales team by calling new and existing customers and scheduling appointments for the design consultants. Key Responsibilities: Ensure that all the calls allocated to them are called within the defined time periods. Ensure calls are made using the correct scripts and to incorporate specific promotions within their scripts. Ensure that appointments are booked according to the current policies and standards. Ensure data entry on the Call Centre Manager and Lead Manager systems is accurate and complete To achieve the key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department and individually - including the numbers of calls made, decision maker contacts achieved, appointments made (number and quality), and appointments visited. Full training will be provided along with ongoing support. This is a full-time (37.5 hour) Mon - Thurs 12pm - 8pm, Fri 10am - 6pm
