ESTATE AGENCY POSITION - FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS I am working closely with an Estate & Lettings Agency selling property in the Winchester to Chandlers Ford area. They are looking for someone who can help them grow the sales side of their business. The company is a well-established name and they are looking to increase market share in the area. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Estate Agency Lister or Senior Negotiator with Listing experience able to convert market appraisal appointments into instructions. The business generates a number of sales leads and they need someone who can conduct the market appraisals, convert them into instructions and generate their own leads. Once instructed the successful candidate will be involved throughout the whole process from instruction, sale to completion. This is a rare opportunity with a respected independent agent.
