We provide our healthcare professionals with access to the best temporary and permanent opportunities across the NHS and private sector What we are looking for; Pulse Nursing has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our fun and friendly recruitment team based in King's Cross, London. This role is key to the success and growth of our Pulse Nursing brand so will suit a driven and passionate individual. What you'll be doing; Working closely with the Regional Manager you will have responsibility for driving sales and margin growth of a larger desk, maintaining relationships with existing clients and building new client relationships Responsibility for growing our candidate database by headhunting and liaising with registered Nurses. Successfully drive sales and margin growth, working closely with the team leader to achieve team targets by making structured plans on how to achieve this. Ability to lead the team in the absence of the team leader Build and maintain client database through new business development Ensure compliance and quality control documentation (eg CRB checks) has been completed prior to assignment to clients What are we looking for; Previous experience as a senior recruitment consultant or an experienced consultant looking to take the next step.
