B2B Sales Agent / Trainee Energy Broker Chester £18,000 - £22,000 £50k OTE Southam Selections are working with a growing Energy supplier in Chester who are now looking to expand their Broker team with an experienced "sales closers". You must have experience working within a cold calling role and converting sales. You need to have a strong desire to succeed. This company have an amazing and realistic progression structure and only want those who desire to succeed and want to work within a forward thinking company. Job Responsibilities Identifying and securing new sales opportunities / buying signals Managing your own accounts Manage renewals as well as cross sell to other departments Ensuring client retention and maximise income from both brokerage/direct fees Prepare tender proposals, recommendations and presentations. Answer queries to ensure continuing levels of client satisfaction are met Make outbound calls to prospective and existing business’ within the UK Experience Required: Experience in DIRECT sales; Insurance, cold calling, converting sales, winning new business Proven Sales experience within a previous role Ability to identify customer needs and develop strong relationships Track record in consultative selling Excellent customer service skills Strong planning, prioritisation and organisational skills Computer literate with strong MS Office (particularly Excel), MS Outlook skills Package £16,000 - £22,000 basic salary OTE £70,000 - uncapped commission 20 Days Holiday plus Public holidays Excellent uncapped Commission and Bonus Structure Incentives Clear Internal Progression
