Business Development Manager London £35,000 - £45,000 - OTE £70,000 Get Recruited are working with the UK's pioneering Communication Providers. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their bustling Team based in Central London. As a Business Development Manager you will be winning new business and take responsibility for the overall development and growth of relationships. THE ROLE As a Business Development Manager, you will be overseeing the overall development and growth of relationships between channel partners and customers within the organisations You will be expected to establish and build upon long term relationships with both existing and new channel partners and customers You will identity revenue and margin opportunity within an existing base of established customers whilst actively looking for new business and new customer relationships, in line with agreed targets Delivering commercial propositions to win business whilst maintaining expected activity levels of 15 customer and/or partner facing meetings per month, alongside other KPIs YOU Experience within Telecoms / Sales environment A key team player with a proactive mindset, alongside a passion for working together as a team to achieve goals Able to self-motivate and be comfortable working in an environment where management are not always present Demonstrate the ability to work well in a fast pace industry Supportive and Commercially aware The desire to progress within the Business' Sales Function Experience of consistently over-achieving margin targets for a 6 month period BENEFITS Central London location Free Phone insurance Free fruit, tea, coffee, biscuit and a share team kitchen Free counselling sessions with an employee assistance program Generous bonus scheme Team events and activities Career progression Free e-learning and training Free Drinks on Fridays Get Recruited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
