Trainee Recruiter -£20 - 25k- London, UK The Role We are looking for an Recruiter to be an effective head-hunter of telecommunications resources within the German and Swiss market. Working with their experienced team, you will learn the fundamentals of how to successfully match the needs of our client's job requirements. You will work in conjunction with the other Recruiters, Account Managers and Team leaders, to learn how to independently carry out your role. You will aim to generate sales leads and meet and exceed KPI and sales revenue targets. The key responsibilities: Searching for candidates using various search engines and online databases Screening potential candidates competently and having a good grasp of how best to confirm commitment to a role and to close them on specified pay rates Presenting the benefits of a potential candidate to an Account Manager in full detail Creating and maintaining an accurate hotlist in line with the set criteria Presenting to Directors, demonstrating knowledge of designated skill sets, environments and how and where to find candidates The Person The key skills: A background in sales or within a commercial setting Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English, combined with the ability to persuade, gain commitment and present a coherent business proposition A positive and "cando" attitude, with an inquisitive nature and enjoy talking with people The desire to achieve and succeed, and to exceed all KPI’s and targets This is a unique opportunity to working within a niche but growing and lucrative market offering a relaxed but motivating environment, filled with consultants wanting to be successful.
