Business Development Manager, Property

Sales Talent ,
London, Greater London
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £35,000 per annum

Overview

If you’re a professional, credible and consultative salesperson who’s comfortable selling to customers face-to-face at booked appointments in their homes, then we have a great opportunity for you to join a fast-growing, ethical and sociable company with 3 London offices and big growth plans for next year. Company Having grown 400% in the last few years, our client has an incredibly strong track record of providing homes with the best quality windows and doors in the London property market. Not one of the 'big’ national names in the market, they pride themselves on outstanding products and excellent customer service that gives homeowners what they want - it’s why they have more 5 Google reviews than any other company in their sector. They’re now looking to grow their professional, consultative sales team and increase their revenues by another 15% in the year ahead. Role Your diary will be booked with qualified appointments with potential clients who have made enquiries. Post-enquiry, they will have received a call to confirm their level of interest and only those customers with an identified need will be given the chance to meet you for 30-45 minutes. Your job is to attend those meetings to present the professional face of your company, taking time to understand their needs and their plans for their homes. Once you understand their needs, you’ll present your products and services (the design and installation of new windows and/or doors) and map out the process for installation. After the meeting, you will send them a proposal with quoted costs and guide them through the process of choosing which products would work best. Through discussion and negotiations, you’ll help them decide and then hand over to your delivery team. You’re helped hugely in your role by the company’s outstanding track record, their 5 Google reviews from happy clients and the excellent products they offer. It is relatively easy to make clear the difference between what you offer and what the rest of the market offers - if clients want quality, value and service, then you’ll win the deal.
