Overview
Visual and Retail Merchandiser Chertsey Surrey Location £20,000-£25,000 salary depending on experience The Retail Merchandisers role is responsible for directly supporting the merchandising activities using brand standards and corporate visual guidelines to maintain brand integrity. Accountabilities: Collaborating with product management teams to co-ordinate new product launches within the retail stores Briefing external agencies to support with furniture/experience builds for new product launches Managing the installation and maintenance of new product furniture within the retail stores Working with store staff to rectify any operational issues/concerns with new product experiences/furniture Attending weekly go to market meetings with product divisions and providing relevant input relevant to the retail stores Preparation of design briefs for external/internal teams Essential - At least 1-5 years prior Retail Merchandising experience Strong aesthetic, visual design, and presentation skills Motivated, committed and driven Can perform under pressure and operate in a fast paced environment meeting deadlines Works proactively and independently
