Overview
STOCK CONTROL MANAGER This is a dynamic new role within our company for a buyer or marketing professional who wants to take control of our stocks with a view to making our products perform more effectively through sales campaigns, better stock control by way of identifying overstocks & redundant ranges & creating opportunities through effective marketing of new launches & sales promotions of our existing product portfolio. Stock rotation is key to this role through analysation of our stock base & co-ordination of our logistics to ensure our stocks are consolidated into the best locations for more cost effective distribution. The successful candidate will communicate closely with our buying dept & IT together with our sales-force to co-ordinate matters. This role will be office based & will involve some visits to our various depots to audit our stocks & to have meetings with our warehouse managers. This is a middle management role & will reflect this through salary & responsibility. It is a role key to our continued expansion & will ultimately result in a rewarding career for the successful applicant. We are offering a good base salary that reflects the role with OTE of circa £25-35k as you will have the opportunity to earn commission & bonuses against targeted results.
