My client is looking for Senior Brokers to join their team in Central London.Inbound Leads Only The successful candidate must be self-motivated, confident and resilient, you will be relied upon to maintain a high level of performance in a high-pressured and challenging environment. Requirements: Comprehensive knowledge of the financial marketsSales experience in selling over the phoneExperience in selling investment productsExperience in speaking to and selling to investorsGoal driven, money motivated, and highly ambitious What will be provided: Marketing to generate inbound leads only - no cold calling.More leads than are usually available in sales floors.Very competitive commission modelReal time leads in excess of 15 a day.Progress up the hierarchy, manage a team and increase earning capacity.Monthly incentive bonuses for hitting target Working Hours: 10am - 7pm Monday to Wednesday, 10am - 6pm Thursday, 10am - 4.30pm Fridays Job Type: Full-time Salary: £35,000.00 to £100,000.00 /year Experience: Sales: 1 year (Preferred)Bond Sales: 1 year (Preferred)Investment Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
