SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR - SALES NEGOTIATOR - ESTATE AGENT - AMERSHAM - UP TO £16K BASIC DOE , £25K OTE DOE Our client is a successful Independent estate agent in Amersham. They are looking to employ a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator who is enthusiastic, driven and wants to be recognised for their hard work. You don't need to value/list for this position you just need to have a passion for selling In return: Our client will offer training, a clear career path and an unrivalled commission scheme for top performers BASIC SALARY UP TO £16k DOE UP TO £25K OTE DOE Key Skills: Excellent written and communication skills The ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team and on their own Strong organisational skills Happy to take the initiative Confident in dealing with clients Good telephone manner Full UK clean driving licence The role will also involve: Dealing with enquiries Booking appointments Carrying out viewings Booking market appraisals Updating and maintaining websites General office administration. Sales Progressing This position is to cover maternity leave, but there is the opportunity for permanent full time employment in the future, if all goes well.
