Overview
This is an excellent opportunity to join a global business at an exciting time of their development. Working in the customer service and inbound sales department you will liaise from business customers from various industries that include manufacturing, technology and health care. You will advise customers on the various product ranges, process orders, arrange deliveries and process orders. You will also build great relationships with your clients, make it your business to get to really know their businesses in order to secure contracts and maximise your revenue stream. You will have gained customer services and sales experience in preferably a B2B environment. You will have a very consultative approach with your customers, enjoy working in a team environment and keen to progress your career.
