Benefits for you: Basic Salary of up to £60,000 Guaranteed Commission for the 1st 3 Months Uncapped Commission / OTE of £100,000 25 days paid holiday plus Bank Holidays Private Health Insurance Life Assurance Subsidised Gym Membership Company Pension Scheme Cycle to work scheme Interest free season ticket loan Excellent Development and career progression About the Role of Account Manager Reporting into the Regional Sales Manager and based in very plush offices in the city, we are looking to recruit for a hungry and ambitious Field Sales Account Manager to manage, grow and develop new and existing relationships with clients in Central London consisting of Commercial Real Estate Agencies, Property Developers, Institutions, Pension Funds, Surveyors, Banks and Law Firms. The role will be a mix of office (2 days a week) and face to face sales meetings (3 days a week) and we are looking for someone who is looking to take their career to the next level and assume responsibility for continuing our client’s double-digit year on year growth. You day to day responsibilities will include: Build mutually beneficial, value-based relationships with new and existing clients to maximize revenue yield and renewal likelihood Hunt for new business in new and existing accounts Present our client’s online Property SAAS solution via a consultative sales approach face to face and via the web to understand needs and requirements in clients in order to secure new business and Renewals Achieve and exceed monthly sales revenue targets Negotiate renewal subscriptions with existing clients If you have a track record in Account Management and Business Development within PropTech or Commercial Real Estate Sales and would like to work for a market leader where you can develop and progress your career then we would love to hear from you Your skills and experience: Proven track record in Account Management and Business Development with experience of the full account management process from renewals to driving new business growth including cross selling and upselling within existing accounts Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets Track record of selling PropTech / SAAS into the Commercial Real Estate sector or experience of selling within the Commercial Real Estate Sector Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent face to face presentation skills and experience Competitive, driven and credible Degree educated Apply now for this Account Manager role.
