Overview
We are recruiting for a desk based sales consultant to join a leading national company in Coventry. You will be working in an established team of around 12 in sales, 4 field sales and 5 in customer services. You will be speaking to a lot of lapsed and previous customers who have already had a relationship with the company so your role will be re-building that relationship The offices are easy to get to (CV6), are modern and up to date with a friendly, sociable team with lots of incentives If you're driven by money and want to earn commission ASAP, this could be the role for you Your Responsibilities Making outbound calls to B2B customers to achieve sales targets To book qualified appointments for the Field Sales Team Identify prospect customers and call as required Complete all Sales Order paper work within 24 hours with a high level of accuracy Keep sales ledger up to date and complete Learn and develop your own effective solution selling sales technique to ensure you are selling multi product solutions To deal with any inbound queries and pass to the relevant team Take Ownership of all of your targets and deliver on a consistent Basis - reviewed Monthly and then quarterly Log accurately all calls using Salesforce Your Skills/ experience Sales experience or looking to get into first sales job Confident to make outbound calls Highly Pro-active Be driven, determined & self-motivated Be Accountable for everything you do. Strong relationship building skills - Be Approachable Be able to work as part of a team - Be Respectful Excellent communication skills and telephone manner Excellent listening skills Able to identify, generate and close new business Flexible approach to meet business requirements Benefits to you Basic Salary of £20,500 Fantastic commission structure incentives 830am to 6pm.
