5 X Trainee Recruitment Consultant The Role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant The role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is exciting and varied This is fast paced sales role, not a Human Resources role. You will be 360 degree selling candidates to clients and clients to candidates, as well as your services to both. This role involved: Business development - You will need to cold call and network to find new clients Source only the best candidates - Head hunting, networking and advertising Interviewing candidates Negotiating contracts Closing deals - Making that commission My client: Multi award winning company On the Sunday Times Fast Track List 2017 and 2018 Quality training programme tailored to you Competitive basic salary of £20,000 Uncapped commission - Realistic on target earnings for year 1 are £40,000 Bonuses and incentives include all expenses paid trips abroad, 'lunch clubs’ at Michelin star restaurants and incentives personalised to you. You: 2:1/First Class graduate from a top university - in any discipline Resilient, driven, money hungry and competitive - You must have examples to prove you have these traits Any previous direct/B2B sales experience is desirable.
