Role: Residential Sales Manager Salary: £30k Plus Bonus Location: Nottingham Type: Permanent Overview 2Fawcett are recruiting for a Residential Sales Manager to join a company located in Nottingham on a Permanent basis. We are looking for a friendly, positive and enthusiastic person to join a busy sales team. The main purpose of the Residential Sales Manager is to win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market. The Role & Responsibilities of the Residential Sales Manager Generate and carry out property valuations turning them into instructions Build and maintain client relationships Provide excellent customer service at all times Proactively market properties and the business Monitor & maximise the sales performance ensuring all targets are exceeded Oversee sales progression through to exchange and completion Requirements of the Residential Sales Manager Previous experience in a similar role is desirable Able to prove a track record in generating new business Resilient, positive and friendly A Full UK driving licence holder What will you get in return A competitive salary Free parking Awards and Incentives Bonus / Commission Type Permanent Working Hours Monday - Friday Full Time
