Ever feel like you are just chasing the buck and not making any real difference as a recruiter? That feeling shows as you make your 90th cold call of the day. How about a role where you are not chasing the money, and you are making a difference. How about career doing good things? Helping young people get their first step on the career ladder. Talking to an employer about an 18 year old with limited work exp, who has something about them but they just need someone to advocate for them (you). The charity provide 6 - 8 weeks vocational training to young people. And then you and your team will support them to find a career. This role will involve new business, but it won’t involve selling anything (cause you aren’t). Simply networking with employers in South London to say "hey, I work for a charity and we help young people get their first step on the career ladder, we do all the work of an agency but we don’t charge anything, what do you think?" - ok that’s a rough sales pitch but its leads to some pretty warm an fun conversations. And in this role, there is no KPI’s. You just work at your own pace. Contacting employers how you want to. You still need to get results of course (you have an important job of helping young people secure work,so get to it). Please apply via this advert.
