Due to business success and significant growth, my client is now recruiting for 4 Sales Executives to join their existing team. They pride themselves on creating a warm, vibrant and positive atmosphere making them a genuinely great company to work for. Generating new business sales in the professional and financial services markets, using remote presentation skills, telephone and email. THE ROLE Presenting the features & benefits of the Platform to potential clients with a view to winning their business Pro-actively selling to new customers to achieve monthly & annual targets Negotiating commercially sound contracts for new customers Ensuring data is up-to-date & sales pipeline & forecast are fully managed through CRM system Managing time effectively & efficiently to ensure targets are met & time is spent on opportunities that maximise revenue THE CANDIDATE Ideally experience of working in a B2B environment Strong negotiation skills, proven ability to identify complex customer needs Excellent communication skills, & abilities of time management & planning Understanding &/or experience of SPIN selling methodology is a distinct advantage Demonstrable ability to spot commercial opportunities, with strong customer services & sales support background Entrepreneurial spirit Sales ability & persuasiveness Delivery of results SALARY & BENEFITS Full product & legislation training provided Good career opportunities are available for the right individual to progress into our Management Team £20,000 - £22,000 dependent on experience commission (OTE £600pm - £700pm) Mon - Fri - 08:45 - 17:00 or 14:00 - 22:00 (candidates preference) 33 days holiday (inc. stats) Pension & Death in service benefit Private Healthcare scheme Onsite Gym Free Parking Generous UNCAPPED commission/bonus structure Regular 'expenses paid’ work social events
