Trainee Sales Executive There is a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Sales Executive to work at a market leading company. You will be working with a market leading financial software company. You would start in the sales development (Online Demonstrations) side of the business. There is no previous experience as full training is provided. You need a very good phone manner, confident, outgoing, tenacious and a desire to succeed. In the role of Trainee Sales Executive you will: • Conduct On-Line Demonstrations of the software • Develop relationships • Answer questions • Close customer for new accounts • Professional follow up • Manage CRM databases • E-mail marketing • Working in a team and on your own What we want from you: • Ideally previous B2B telemarketing, telesales or outbound calling experience however full training will be provided • Target driven attitude • Confident and outgoing approach • Adaptable and flexible • Hardworking In return, you can expect to receive an attractive basic salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, £7000 a year commission (based on targets), 33 days holiday per year, pension, private Health Care and a number of incentives such as holidays away.
