Industry: IT | Legal | Energy | Pharmaceutical | Life Sciences Trainee Programme Based in Soho, Central London £20,000 basic salary and realistic 1st year OTE of £40-55k This business is a large global company made up of five separate Recruitment Consultancies specialising in IT, Legal, Energy, Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences recruitment with their UK base in state-of-the-art Soho offices. The business was founded 20 years ago and now have offices based across Europe, North and South America. Their new office in San Francisco was set up by one of their top producing Recruitment Consultants 5 years after he joined them as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant on their Graduate Trainee Scheme. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Resourcing and Cold Calling Lead Generation and Business Development Account Management Face-to-face meetings with clients Contract Negotiation Counting commission every pay day Training: The first 6 weeks will consist of an intensive training Graduate Training Programme, including classroom based activities, practical tasks and research projects to make sure you have a good foundation to become an expert recruitment consultant in your market. You will then have ongoing development training throughout your career.
