Overview
We are working with one of Europe's fastest-growing FinTech's who is a provider of Foreign Exchange services focussed on B2B global transaction banking. It's an exciting time for this organisation as they are experiencing a significant period of growth as they look to recruit a Graduate Foreign Exchange Business Developer to join their hard-working, sociable and ambitious team. Within this role, you will enjoy the opportunity to work with industry-leading managers who come with finance, sales & business development backgrounds. Your skillset and knowledge will expand to include foreign exchange, macroeconomics & other financial products to integrate with your sales techniques to convert into committed clients. Key duties: Generating new business leads Prepare sales recommendations Manage Accounts Develop your sales skill set, keeping up to date with current affairs Benefits: £22,500 - £25,000 salary. £30,000 - £42,000 OTE. 25 days annual leave Bank Holidays Pension Payroll giving (making tax free charitable donations) Eye care vouchers Ride to work scheme Social: Monthly meals & drinks, football, running club & pool tables If you are a graduate with a strong telephone manner and the desire to go into a role that will give you continued training & development, then we would like to speak with you.
