Recruitment Consultant Are you a talented sales executive looking to make the move into recruitment? If you have a track record in business to business sales or estate agency and want to progress your career in a highly professional and consultative environment is could be the opportunity for you. Successful applicants will use their powers of persuasion and relationship building skills to win new clients and manage ongoing staffing requirements. Working alongside a talented team of recruitment consultants, you will be given fantastic support and all the resources needed to ensure you reach your full potential. Full and comprehensive training will be provided, so you will have all the tools needed to be successful within this fast-paced industry. Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate strong results against target, a solid career history, will have high levels of personal drive and be willing to do what it takes to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
