Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a positive and motivated Business Manager to work within our client’s successful and dynamic dealership in Gloucester. This is an ideal role for an operationally successful and customer focused Business Manager who wants to further their career development within a main dealer environment. You will help to manage the sales operation within the dealership to maximize return on investment through optimizing the Department’s processes and team performance. Business Manager - Successful applicants will possess and be able to offer: Full UK Driving Licence or equivalent Previous Business Management experience, ideally with brand knowledge Able to clearly and easily demonstrate how they have helped improve and maintain performance as well as consistently delivering an above budget financial performance Possess proven leadership and team management skills Have a passion and ability to deliver an outstanding guest experience Offer flexibility in their approach Possess high levels of integrity and drive to succeed Business Manager - Benefits include: The opportunity to develop a fast-moving, progressive career within a main dealer group.
