Basic salary 22k with realistic OTE in your first year of 40k. As a trainee recruitment consultant, you will be involved in the whole process from cold-calling clients and candidates to interviewing candidates to having client meetings. Key requirements: -Graduate 2.2 or higher -Confident e.g. debate groups -Competitive e.g. sports -Hard-working Benefits: -Career growth , from day one you will have be on a training scheme where you will learn from team leaders and managers with expert knowledge.
