Trainee Recruitment Consultant £18- 20,000 Basic Salary Uncapped Commission Established in 2011, Kinect are a leading IT & Engineering recruitment company based in Milton Keynes, looking to recruit a highly motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant. We are looking to hire ambitious, articulate and engaging individuals with a proactive approach and a desire to be successful. Any previous business development experience would be preferred but not essential. You will initially be involved in resourcing candidates for contract & permanent vacancies which will develop into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant post where you will be identifying and securing your own clients and managing delivery projects. Basic salary of £18 - 20,000 PA (1st year OTE £30- 36,000 PA) Uncapped Commission Structure with no threshold Warm accounts available Casual office attire, relaxed culture Dual-screen desks, full CRM cloud system Quarterly incentives including an additional day’s holiday for each month where you reach target.
