The Business A FinTech start-up company revolutionising the way companies manage payroll and payslips by allowing clients to design and tailor a digital system for payslips, staff rewards, benefits, financial education and analysis. The company have grown considerably since 2017 with 5,000 users to today where they serve 10,500 companies. The Job You will join the team to support the sales and marketing strategy which form a vital part of the company’s expansion plans and work closely with the CEO within this job. Job breakdown • Presales activities i.e. making and taking phone calls. • Gathering information, qualifying leads and booking demonstrations for the senior sales team. • Keep the company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system up to date with contacts and updated correspondence. • Use LinkedIn sales navigator to search and find new clients. • Building rapport and using challenger questioning techniques to qualify prospects. • Working closely with the senior sales team to develop a full understanding of the system with a view to demonstrating it to prospective clients. • Managing and delivering bespoke projects including, CRM data management, data enrichment, white space analysis, and other data research tasks. • Be the first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries and owning the entry level deals pipeline. • You will constantly be producing reports to monitor client progression, this will involve cross checking contract values withing the CRM, ensuring sales and demo targets are updated, amongst others. • Collaborating with the marketing team to create new client campaigns. Who Fits the Bill? • Great communication skills, someone who can express themselves clearly both in written and oral communication. • Must have excellent telephone manner. • Career driven with an interest in Sales as a profession. • Customer focussed, must want to talk to people. • Comfortable working with Excel, Word and PowerPoint. • A self-starter with high energy levels. • Someone with an entrepreneurial spirit. • A natural problem solver with a "can do" attitude. • Effective in finding ways to engage with customers with a view to booking demonstrations of the company product. • Team player and someone who is going to support their team members to help the company progress and grow whilst also having the ability to work autonomously. • Have the drive and motivation to win and go the extra mile, driven by achieving targets. • A tenacious individual looking to create an amazing career in FinTech and/ or Business Development.
