Job description In this business development role, you will be responsible for driving high-quality meetings with brands for the senior sales team. This role involves cold contact with brands to educate them about our client's unique position in the influencer marketing industry, driving a meeting and then supporting team members to bringing on a signed client. Success in the role will lead to the hire to be a full end to end salesperson with their own client roster by the close of 2020. Key responsibilities Being responsible for your own work. Actively chasing and creating new opportunities for the business. Providing feedback on market trends and competitor activity, highlighting our client's clear differences. As your experience in the role develops, you will independently manage a small number of accounts moving into a more senior role within the business. Constantly being an excellent brand ambassador. Job requirements 1-2 years media sales experience (preferred but not essential) Personable, hungry and eager to learn Ability to manage workflows and targets Strong work ethic and discipline Passion for success and part of a high growth company. Benefits of the job A competitive salary of £22,000 to £24,000 (dependent on experience) £15,000 OTE in your first year.
