Overview
An established independent Estate Agents in Crawley are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team. This is a great role for someone wanting to work in a busy branch with lots of stock to sell. As a Sales Negotiator your primary responsibility will be to sell properties. You’ll register applicants, arrange and attend viewings, negotiate sales, refer mortgage and conveyancing leads, book valuations etc. To be considered for this position you’ll ideally have experience working within estate agency and be confident in your ability to achieve personal monthly sales targets. You must have great customer service and communication skills , and a tenacious, can-do attitude. A full driving licence and own car is required. A basic salary will be offered depending on experience, in the region of £16,000 - £18,000 plus a personal commission structure. OTE £25,000 - £30,000. The working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6pm, alternate Saturdays with a mid week day off in lieu.
