UNCAPPED COMMISSION Consegna Recruitment is proud to be working with one of the Mortgage Brokerages in the UK and they are looking for experienced Mortgage Advisors to join their team, to review their existing customers Mortgage Deals that are up for review. The role will be Office Based, and you will be completing appointments booked in by the Mortgage Qualifiers. These appointments will be completed over the phone - meaning an increased opportunity to earn more commission. Remortgage Applications make up a high number of the Mortgage Applications in the UK and there is great opportunity with my client to earn some good commission increasing your overall earnings for the year. Purpose of the role To help arrange the Remortgage’s for customers whose Mortgage Deal is up for renewal Office based role Ensure the calls are completed in a promptly manner after being booked in by the Mortgage Qualifiers High conversion rate due to them initially taking out the mortgage to purchase their new home 100% of the applications are done over the phone Protection can also be reviewed if suitable to do so and also outside of the rebate period Monday - Friday (10:30 - 18:30) Key Requirements Ideally a Whole-of-Market Mortgage Advisor (large panel advisors will be considered) Have 1-2 years’ experience working as a Mortgage Advisor Clean credit file Good communicator Used to making Telephone Based appointments Can do attitude Qualifications and experience Full CeMAP Please call Chris at Consegna Recruitment if you wish to apply to the role or discuss in more detail on 0161-249-9717.
