We are looking for candidates who enjoy sales and are both ambitious & motivated. You will be working alongside incredibly entrepreneurial individuals; including the Managing Director who has previously created and sold recruitment businesses. With a senior appointments focus, a strong brand name and a plethora of clients we have created the ideal environment to excel immediately and start earning commission. With the autonomy to run your desk like your own business, as a recruitment consultant at Maclean Moore your responsibilities will include: Sourcing exceptional candidates for a range of existing clients that vary from large brand names to SMEs Identifying new business opportunities with future clients Enhancing relationships with both current clients and candidates Organising your work flow and strategically planning your time Negotiating and selling across multiple levels Managing the recruitment process from both client and candidate side from sourcing to post offer Writing adverts and maximising social media With four offices across UK and Europe we have successfully positioned ourselves as the go-to provider across Technology, Financial Services, Rail & Civil Infrastructure, Digital Transformation & Regulatory Change.
