THE ROLE: NEW LOAN GENERATION Handling all customer calls professionally and courteously in accordance with Company procedures. Ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met whilst maintaining customer experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS Take responsibility to ensure your own targets are met. Be a team player and considerate of others. Be aware of call time and SLA’s and how these interact with the incentive scheme.
