Inbound Sales Agent

Inbound Sales Advisor required Brook Street are currently recruiting for a large Contact Centre based in Peterlee. Due to expansion of the business, our client is looking to recruit Inbound Sales Advisors. You will benefit from an excellent rate of pay with Permanent opportunities within the business. The purpose of the role is to service existing customers and provide effective resolution to customer queries about their active loans in an effective, and up sell on loan applications. Our client offers flexible shift patterns ranging from 8am - 10pm Monday to Sunday (on a shift rota basis). Successful candidates will have a proven background in a Customer Service/Sales environment and a real enthusiasm for problem solving. Being self motivated and having an outgoing personality will make you a perfect fit in this friendly team.
