Business Development Manager - FinTech £25,000-£35,000k Salary Commission (£60/70k Total Package/OTE) Conveyancing Search Legal Solutions Our client an exciting Global Software Company based in London, Surrey, Southport, New York and Australia are an award winning industry leader in the provision of business growth software to the legal sector. The New Business Sales Executive (individual role) will be primarily responsible for identifying and obtaining new customers. At the same time, has to be responsible for building strong relationships for both potential and existing customers. In this role the individual must be adept at developing robust business cases, and advocating, presenting and gaining senior level support for new business proposals with senior level executives both inside and outside of the company. Defining new market and growth strategies aligned with the overarching vision/mission of External Business (B2B). Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, this is a high profile Business Development hire demanding someone with honed closing abilities, strong networking skills, the tenacity to open doors and get past 'gate- keepers’, to access key decision makers who immediately see the compelling case for adoption of their software. Responsibilities: Work with the Sales Manager to create and execute strategies to facilitate the achievement of the overall sales targets of the division Generate, secure and deliver a minimum of 10 demonstrations/consultations per week to new business customers from an enviable base of prospects Quickly and effectively manage key opportunities through to confirmed demonstrations and converted sales Work closely to ensure marketing and sales are aligned to maximise sales and ensure all marketing activities have a positive ROI Attend Industry events and deliver group presentations and demonstrations as necessary Support and facilitate a favorable working relationship with partners as required Keep abreast of competitor products and activity, industry news and market influences Support the Client Success team in managing aspects of Client retention programs and assist in minimising client "churn"
