Due to the significant rise in equity release enquiries, Equity Release Supermarket are now looking to expand its existing complement of field-based equity release advisers around the UK. JOB DESCRIPTION - Equity Release Sales Adviser The role of independent equity release advisor will entail the following: - Home based self-employed/limited company adviser Contact enquiries offering best advice within T&C guidelines. Ensure client information gathered using factfinding skills Undertake product research with tools provided Make recommendations backed up with suitability report. Ensure documentation & client records are filed onto CRM. Ensure CPD is maintained and recorded accurately DEDICATED ADMIN SUPPORT A centralised admin and IT support is provided, with you own dedicated case handler who manages your cases through to completion; allowing advisers to do what they do best - advise. Our bespoke CRM system is provided which helps you to manage your own leads through to sales in accordance with TCF guidelines, and you have the full support and guidance of a dedicated compliance unit. An element of self-generated business would also be beneficial; these cases attract more favourable commercial terms. Effectively, you can run your own business within an already established business, providing full marketing support and back up one of the industries respected brands. LOCATIONS AVAILABLE North Scotland North London South Wales East Anglia - Suffolk North East - Tyne & Wear/Northumberland QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Applications would be considered for experienced equity release advisers, but also consideration given to advisers currently not specialising in equity release, but have an excellent track record in financial services, particularly mortgages. The ideal candidate will have gained Certificate in Financial Planning plus CeMAP, and either having, or a view to immediately obtaining the relevant Equity Release Qualification. REQUIRED SKILLS Approached with the right attitude and self-motivation, the position is highly rewarding with realistic targets and uncapped earnings.
