We, Dupont Consulting, are working on behalf of a number of London based clients who are looking for 2020 Graduates to join their leading Recruitment firms this summer. You need to be a strong communicator because you will be constantly engaging with clients and candidates. You need to be passionate and know what you want to get out of your career. What is the role? Develop your own pool of clients through business development, You will be speaking with Senior Stakeholders from places such as the Big Four, From the client base you develop, you will be expected to fill the roles given to you with top quality candidates - source these candidates through a variet of different means. Develop a good relationship with the candidate so you can manage the process well. Organise interviews between the client and the candidate. Negotiate salaries and contracts to find a happy medium for both the candidate and client. Maintain relationships with the client for ongoing business.
